Notice of Cancelation of Status Conference


We had previously scheduled a Status Conference in this case for TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 27, 2007.

At the request of the Applicant, this Status Conference is hereby CANCELED.

We understand the parties are discussing various issues and trust that they will put forth their best efforts to resolve them. In order to keep all participants informed of the progress of these discussions, Applicant and Staff shall, and other parties may, serve and file a written summary reflecting the case status and unresolved issues no later than January 18, 2008. We will then assess the need to reschedule the Status Conference.
