Power Plant Compliance Projects
Once a power plant application has been approved by the California Energy Commission, the project must comply with provisions of its license. Hence, the project enters into the "compliance" phase, and a letter "C" is added to the project's docket number to differentiate it from the regular licensing proceeding.
Occassionally, a major amendment to the original license requires that a separate website section be created. Those cases normally have the word "Amendment" added, are often given a new docket number, and are treated similar to an original license proceeding.
