ORDER GRANTING INTERVENORS' PETITIONS
FOR FDOC WORKSHOP

At the evidentiary hearing on October 13, 1999, Intervenor CAP-IT requested a public workshop on the Final Determination of Compliance (FDOC) prior to evidentiary hearings on air quality and public health. On October 15, CAP-IT submitted a formal Petition for Additional Public Workshop on FDOC. Subsequently, on October 19, Intervenor Community Health First also submitted a formal Petition requesting a workshop on the FDOC. On October 22, Applicant submitted a letter that was supportive of the Intervenors' requests for a workshop. The FDOC was docketed on October 25. Upon consideration of the Intervenors' Petitions, the Committee determined that a public workshop on the FDOC would be beneficial to all parties and has directed Staff to schedule a workshop. A workshop on the FDOC will be conducted in Pittsburg on November 8 at 6:00 p.m. at the Delta Diablo Sanitation District Administration Building, 2500 Pittsburg-Antioch Highway (off Arcy Lane). Notice of the workshop will be sent by Staff.
