IMPORTANT NOTE: This page has been superceded by the Energy Commission's e-filing and e-commenting database and is no longer updated. To access documents for this proceeding, use the "Documents for this Proceeding (Docket Log)" and other e-filing links on this proceeding's home page.
After a power plant is approved and licensed by the California Energy Commission, requested changes to the original license fall under what is called the "Compliance Proceeding" for that project. Most changes are relatively small and are listed on this page as either a notice or a document.
Occassionally, a major amendment to the license is requested by the owner. When this occurs, a new website section is created to handle the large amount of materials that are filed under a project's major amendment. We will also create a link from that major amendment page to the original docket proceeding page. Minor amendments and other regular compliance activities will still be listed on this compliance page of the original proceeding's website section.
Items are listed by the date of the meeting or event, where applicable.
