1. On Page 1 the corrected day is; TUESDAY, March 7, 2000, rather than WEDNESDAY, March 7, 2000

2. On Page 9 (ATTACHMENT A) the corrected date of the Hearing is JANUARY 27, 2000, rather than JANUARY 29, 2000.
