Purpose: In order for the Committee to conduct a Prehearing Conference in contemplation of Evidentiary Hearings, it is necessary for the parties to conclude discovery.
Order: The filing and service of data requests by any party shall be concluded on or before August 6, 2001. Thereafter, additional data requests may be made only upon application to the Committee. Unless objected to, the Applicant shall conclude data responses within 30 days of their receipt.
