Purposes of Hearing:	The purposes of the Project Status Hearing are to review: the status of the proceeding, pending motion(s) to Compel Responses to Data Requests, the timeliness of Applicant data submissions, and the schedule for the remainder of the Application for Certification (AFC) proceeding.

Order:	Pending further Committee orders at the conclusion of this hearing, the issuance of the Staff Supplement to its Staff Assessment, currently shown on the proceeding Schedule for March 15, 2002, is stayed.



Briefs & Comments:	Any party may file and serve legal briefs, comments, and/or declarations on or before April 8, 2002 ~~March 22, 2002~~, addressing appropriate Committee action. The parties may file detailed proposed schedules for events up to the Committee Workshops/Prehearing Conference.
