Discussion:

Following the Energy Commission Staff's Status Report No. 5 and upon the Applicant's agreement for an extension of the proceeding schedule for the release of the Supplement to the Staff Assessment to August 30, 2002, the Committee hereby promulgates the attached revision to the proceeding Schedule.
