Revised Presiding Member's Proposed Decision is Available:

The Committee assigned to the above-captioned matter released its Revised Presiding Member's Proposed Decision (Revised PMPD) on the El Segundo Redevelopment Project on April 16, 2004. The Proposed Decision recommends granting the Application for Certification with conditions that mitigate potential environmental and community impacts. The purpose of the Conference it to receive comments from parties and the public.

Printed copies of the Revised PMPD have been sent to the Proof of Service List, and are also available from the Commission's Publications Unit, 1516 9th Street, MS-13, Sacramento, CA 95814. Comments on the Revised Presiding Member's Proposed Decision:

Members of the public and interested governmental agencies may submit written comments on the Revised PMPD. All comments (original and 11 copies) must be received no later than 5:00p.m., May 3, 2004, by the Commission's Docket Unit, 1516 9th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. Identify all comments with "Docket No. 00-AFC-14."
