The Committee assigned to the above-captioned matter released its Presiding Member's Proposed Decision (PMPD) on the Mirant Delta's Gateway Unit 8 Project on April 30, 2001. The Proposed Decision recommends granting the Application for Certification with conditions that mitigate potential environmental and community impacts.
