Notice of Availability: Comments on the Presiding Member's Proposed Decision Deadline: Mar. 4, 2002	The Committee assigned to the above-captioned matter released its Presiding Member's Proposed Decision (PMPD) on GWF's Henrietta Peaker Project on January 31, 2002. The Proposed Decision recommends granting the Application for Certification with conditions that mitigate potential environmental and community impacts. Printed copies of the PMPD have been sent to the Proof of Service List, and are also available from the Commission’s Publications Unit, 1516 9^th Street, MS-13, Sacramento, CA 95814.
