This notice is being sent pursuant to the verification section following Condition of Certification SOIL&WATER-8. You are hereby notified that High Desert Power Project representatives submitted for approval a pumping test plan for the project's water injection wells. The plan has been received by the California Energy Commission's Compliance Project Manager and a representative of the California Department of Fish and Game. The plan is currently under review.
