Time for Filing Written Comments

The parties shall serve and file written comments on the Proposed Decision no later than noon on Thursday, February 21, 2002. Respondent and Commission staff shall also serve and file responses to Complainant's "Ledford Petition for Review" no later than noon on Thursday, February 21, 2002. Responsible governmental agencies are invited to file written comments that would clarify or explain their views on the issues addressed in the Proposed Decision. Agency comments should also be filed by February 21, 2002.
