The project Applicant has requested this Conference as provided in the Scheduling Order. The purpose of the Conference is to provide the parties an opportunity to inform the Committee concerning the status of the High Desert case development, as well as to discuss any potential delays or other relevant matters. The parties should also be prepared to discuss their written responses to the specific questions posed in the Scheduling Order. (These responses are due February 27, 1998).
