Amended Presiding Member’s Proposed Decision to be Available:

The Committee released the Presiding Member’s Proposed Decision (PMPD) for the Huntington Beach Retool Project on March 29, 2001 and will release the amended Presiding Member's Proposed Decision on April 13, 2001. The Committee recommends approval of proposed 450 megawatt power plant project in Huntington Beach, California with conditions to mitigate potential environmental and community impacts.

The amended PMPD will be available April 13, 2001 on the Commission Internet Web Site at:

Members of the public and interested governmental agencies may submit written comments on the amended PMPD. To be considered by the Commission, all mailed comments (original & 11 copies) must be received by no later than April 16, 2001, by the Commission’s Docket Unit, 1516 9^th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Alternatively, comments may be e-mailed to the Hearing Officer at gshean@energy.state.ca.us no later than April 16, 2001.

Identify all comments with "Docket No. 00-AFC-13".
