On June 11, 2001, AES Huntington Beach, LLC, timely filed its Petition of AES Huntington Beach, LLC for Reconsideration of Specific Condition of Certification Decision.

AES requests that the Commission reconsider and withdraw Condition EMERGENCY-1, which requires AES to enter into a contract to sell electricity generated from the project to the California Department of Water Resources.

The Commission will hold a public hearing during its Business Meeting to receive comments on the AES Petition for Reconsideration, as follows:
