The purpose of the workshop is to discuss and attempt to resolve all outstanding issues and potential language modifications for various conditions of certification contained in the Final Staff Assessment (FSA). | |

| Project Summary: Inland Empire Energy Center, LLC, is seeking approval to construct and operate a 670-megawatt, natural gas-fired, combined-cycle, electric generating facility near Romoland, in Riverside County. The project site is located approximately six miles west of the City of Hemet, four miles east of the City of Perris, and 30-miles southeast of the City of Riverside. The 46-acre site is bordered by Ethanac Road and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) railway to the north, Antelope Road to the west, a Southern California Edison (SCE) transmission line right-of-way (ROW) adjacent to McLaughlin Road to the south, and San Jacinto Road to the east. | |
