NOTICE OF COMMITTEE CONFERENCE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, the Committee designated by the Energy Commission to conduct proceedings on the Application for Certification (AFC) for the above-mentioned IVANPAH SOLAR ELECTRIC GENERATING SYSTEM PROJECT has scheduled a Committee Conference as follows:

The purpose of the Conference is to consider the schedule for this AFC, which is now out of date, how to most effectively and efficiently conduct our evidentiary hearings and any other matters relevant to the application. In addition to the formal parties, we invite the attendance of the Energy Commission's federal agency partners from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). We will consider the most recent Status Reports and reply comments filed by the parties. Additional comments may be filed prior to the Conference but are not required.
Following the Committee Conference, the Committee will issue a revised schedule for the proceeding and other appropriate orders.
