SCHEDULING ORDER
I. BACKGROUND
The Committee conducting this proceeding held an Informational Hearing and Site Visit on January 26, 2004. The parties discussed, among other things, scheduling matters at this event. Based upon these discussions, we establish the following schedule extending through the Evidentiary Hearing.
