The Committee will receive comment on Applicant's Motion for Reconsideration as Item # 1 on the Evidentiary Hearing Agenda on March 11, 2002. All parties are allotted 15 minutes of time. Those parties wishing to preserve or waive comment shall notify the Committee by return e-mail no later than 1 p.m. on March 8, 2002, except for T.H.E. P.U.B.L.I.C (William J. Garbett, Agent). Mr. Garbett shall notify the Committee upon his receipt of written notice, which will be docketed as soon as possible on March 8, 2002.
