ISSUES & DATA REQUEST STAFF WORKSHOP

Magnolia Power Plant Project (01-AFC-6)


Purpose: The staff of the California Energy Commission will hold a workshop for the proposed Magnolia Power Project. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the Applicant's recently submitted Supplement to the AFC that describes a proposed Zero-Liquid Discharge option and staff's subsequent data requests. Discussion topics will also include outstanding issues in the areas of Air Quality, Traffic and Transportation, Visual Resources, Soil and Water Resources and Waste Management as well as other areas that may be added to the workshop discussion.
Time: Tuesday, June 11, 2002
Beginning at 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Location: Burbank Airport Hilton Hotel, Celebration Room, (Wheelchair Accessible)

Public Participation: The public and agencies are encouraged to participate and provide oral or written comments. Written comments must be submitted to the Project Manager by June 6, 2002.
