This decision will affect the quality of life of all the people living in Santa Clara County. Information has been provided to you by the citizens you have sworn to represent attesting to the damage this power plant would cause. The damage is irreversible. We need to work on providing a cleaner environment--not in adding pollution to an already endangered atmosphere. For the sake of the people of this great valley, Silicon Valley, please vote in the interests of reason. Vote a resounding "NO" to changing the General Plan to allow Calpine to build a power plant in Coyote Valley. Sincerely, Diana L. Halvorson 205 Arequipa Court San Jose, CA 95119-1702 Diana L.
