Recently, Applicant has supplemented the Application for Certification, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) has issued its Preliminary Determination of Compliance (DOC), and Staff has released (and is currently conducting workshops on) its Preliminary Staff Assessment (PSA). Intervenor Coyote Valley Research Park has also filed a "Motion for an Order Directing Staff to Prepare a Supplemental Preliminary Staff Assessment and an Order to Modify the Case Schedule." These events can affect both the adequacy of the existing substantive analysis and the need for additional analysis, as well as the scheduling of future events in this proceeding.
These matters will be discussed at the Status Conference. In addition, all parties intending to participate at the Status Conference shall serve and file written statements specifically addressing:

- the necessity of reissuing the PSA;
- the timing of necessary actions by the City of San Jose;
- the scheduling of future prehearing (i.e. those occurring in advance of evidentiary hearings) events including the Prehearing Conference and issuance of the Final Staff Assessment; and
