On November 30, 2000, Coyote Valley Research Park, LLC and Coyote Valley Properties, LLC (jointly "CVRP"), an Intervenor in the Application of Certification proceedings for the Metcalf Energy Center, filed an "Interlocutory Appeal and Request for Full Commission Reconsideration of November 20 Committee Ruling Denying Petition to Compel Documents."

The full Commission will consider this matter at its regularly scheduled Business Meeting on:
