NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF PRESIDING MEMBER'S REVISED PROPOSED DECISION AND NOTICE OF COMMISSION HEARING
I. NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
The Committee released the Revised Presiding Member's Proposed Decision (PMPD) for the Metcalf Energy Center on August 24, 2001. Copies have been sent to the Proof of Service List, and are also available from the Commission's Publications Unit, 1516 9 th Street, MS-13, Sacramento, CA 95814. You may telephone the Publications Unit at (916) 654-5200 and ask for Publication No. P800-01-022. The Revised PMPD may also be viewed on the Commission's Internet website at:
II. NOTICE OF COMMISSION HEARING
The full Commission will hold a public hearing to consider whether to adopt, reject, or modify the Revised PMPD as follows:

Applicant, Staff, and Intervenors desiring changes to the Revised PMPD shall serve and file written comments specifying any desired changes no later than 3:00 p.m., Friday, September 7, 2001. Identify all submissions with “Docket No. 99-AFC-3.”
In addition, the parties and members of the public may also address the Commission concerning the proposed project. Members of the general public wishing to participate at the Commission hearing should submit any written comments by the same date.
Depending upon the number of parties and members of the public in attendance at this hearing, the Commission may limit the time available for each presentation.
