The Committee released the Proposed Decision for the Woodland Generating Station II Project on August 14, 2001. The Committee recommends approval of the exemption for Modesto Irrigation District's proposed 80 megawatt power plant in Modesto, California with conditions to mitigate potential environmental and community impacts.
