NOTICE OF COMMISSION HEARING ON PROPOSED DECISION

 
MODESTO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, WOODLAND II PROJECT APPICATION FOR SMALL POWER PLANT EXEMPTION, DOCKET NO. 01-SPPE-1

Proposed Decision is Available:

The Committee released the Proposed Decision for the Woodland Generating Station II Project on August 14, 2001. The Committee recommends approval of the exemption for Modesto Irrigation District's proposed 80 megawatt power plant in Modesto, California with conditions to mitigate potential environmental and community impacts.

The Proposed Decision may be viewed on the Commission Internet Web Site at:

All e-mail comments must be received by the Hearing Officer or Public Adviser no later than September 10, 2001. Identify all comments with "Docket No. 01-SPPE-1".
