| Purpose: |
On May 29, 2001, the California Energy Commission staff issued its Preliminary Staff Assessment (PSA) on the Application for Certification (AFC) for the Morro Bay Power Plant Project (MBPP). The PSA contains the staffâs draft analysis and recommendation on the MBPP. The PSAâs technical topics will be discussed in a series of workshops as presented in the table below. The purpose of the workshops is to present the staffâs evaluation and receive comments and questions from the applicant (Duke Energy LLC), other agencies, intervenors and the public. Information collected at the workshops will contribute to the staffâs Final Staff Assessment (FSA) due in July. |
