In the Matter of: ) Docket No. 00-AFC-12 Application for Certification of ) Duke Energy for the ) Application Complete Morro Bay Power Plant Project ) January 10, 2001 _______________________________________)COMMITTEE RE: STATUS REPORTS
The Committee Revised Scheduling Order, issued October 2, 2001, did not specify dates on which the parties will file written Status Reports. Accordingly, the attached schedule specifies that parties are required to file Status Reports on Monday, October 22, and again on Monday, November 19, 2001. In addition, interested agencies such as the City of Morro Bay, the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, and the Coastal Commission are encouraged to file Status Reports addressing matters in this case which are of particular concern to each agency. Both parties and interested agencies should focus on matters which can affect the progress and schedule of the case, such as the preparation of studies, agreements, and testimony. In this way the Committee can learn of potential delays and/or concerns at a sooner, rather than later, time.
Also, please note the correction of a typographical error on the previously issued schedule regarding the date for the Prehearing Conference. The correct date is November 29, 2001.
So Ordered.
Dated October 11, 2001, at Sacramento, California.
