RECONSIDERATION OF HEARING ORDER

On December 13, 2001, City of Morro Bay (City or Petitioner), an intervenor in this proceeding, filed in the Commission's Docket Unit the City's Petition for Reconsideration of the Notice of Hearing Order and for Immediate Stay of Hearing Order Pending Determination of Petition (Petition).1 The Petition seeks a series of alternative remedies, each of which is not consistent with the Hearing Order of December 4, 2001.2 The Committee has reviewed Petitioner's arguments and found that Petitioner fails to establish adequate grounds for the delays to the proceeding which would necessarily follow, if the Committee were to grant the Petition. Therefore the Petition is Denied
