COMMITTEE ORDER ADJUSTING REVISED SCHEDULE
On Friday, April 19, 2002, Commission staff informed the Committee that it would not be able to meet the April 22, 2002, filing date for Part 3 of the Final Staff Assessment (FSA). Part 3 of the FSA contains Staff's analysis on the topics of biology and alternatives. Staff anticipates serving this document upon all parties through electronic mail by Thursday, April 25, 2002. In an effort to reduce the inconvenience which Staff's delay may cause other parties in the case, the Committee has extended by three days the date on which all non-CEC parties must file their direct testimony on Group IV topics and their rebuttal to the FSA, Part 3. All other previously scheduled dates remain the same as per the attached adjusted schedule.
Marc Pryor, the Commission's Project Manager, will respond to technical questions concerning the Morro Bay Power Plant Project at (916) 653-0159, or by e-mail at: email@example.com. Information concerning the status of the project, as well as notices and other relevant documents, is also available on the Energy Commission's Internet home page at: www.energy.ca.gov/sitingcases/morrobay/index.html.
