REVISED NOTICE OF EVIDENTIARY HEARINGS

This Notice is to inform you of REVISIONS to the Committee Notice issued on May 15, 2000. The evidentiary hearing previously noticed for June 15, 2000, at the Moss Landing Power Plant Assembly Room will instead take place as follows:

THURSDAY, June 15, 2000

In addition, the evidentiary hearing previously noticed for June 20, 2000 will take place as follows:

If all matters scheduled for hearing on June 20, 2000, are not completed, the Committee will continue the hearing to June 22, 2000 as follows:

With the exception of the changes noticed above, all other matters contained in the May 15, 2000, Notice of Evidentiary Hearing and Hearing Order, will occur as stated in the May 15th document and its Attachment A.

Public Participation

Members of the public and interested governmental agencies are invited to attend these hearings and may offer unsworn public comment upon the matters discussed. These public comments will be entered into the record of the proceeding and may be used to supplement or explain the evidence of record. Public comments by themselves, however, are not sufficient to support a finding of fact or a decision on an issue.
