ORDER DIRECTING PARTIES TO FILE STATUS REPORTS
The Presiding Member’s Proposed Decision (PMPD) was published June 8, 2006. The PMPD conference was held July 6, 2006. At the PMPD conference, Applicant Calpine Corporation (“Calpine”) requested a continuance of the certification process pending Calpine’s revision of its air quality offset package. Several months have passed without any update on the status of Calpine’s revision request. The Committee therefore directs the parties to file written status reports to explain the delay and to provide information on the anticipated schedule for concluding this matter.
Status reports shall be filed by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2006.
