Applicant, La Jolla Energy Development, Inc., withdrew the project on June

The
applicant proposed to construct a 53 megawatt (MW) peaking electric generation
facility consisting of two GE-LM-2500 gas turbine engines. The facility
was to be configured in a simple cycle mode. The project was called the
Baldwin Energy Facility No. 1 and was proposed be located within the Inglewood
Oilfield in Los Angeles County.
