SIZE: 49.5 Megawatt Peaking Power Plant

CalPeak Power - Border, LLC proposes to construct a simple-cycle peaking electric generation facility consisting of one FT8 Pratt & Whitney Twinpac, with two gas turbine engines and one 49.5 megawatt generator. Called the CalPeak Power - Border, LLC Project, it is proposed to be located in the Otay Mesa area of the City of San Diego, San Diego County, California.
