The applicant, RAMCO, Inc., proposes to expand the existing plant, Chula Vista I. The proposedfacility, Chula Vista II is a fully enclosed gas turbine expansion with an ISO rated output of 62.4 MW, located in Chula Vista, San Diego County. If approved, the proposed project will be on-line by September 30, 2001.
