Application For Certification
Docket Number 98-AFC-1

The Pittsburg District Energy Facility (PDEF), Limited Liability Company is proposing to develop a 500 megawatt (MW), natural gas-fired, power plant. The plant is proposed to be located on a 12-acre site on East 3rd Street, west of the intersection of East 3rd and Columbia in the City of Pittsburg, in eastern Contra Costa County. It is prepared to discuss transmission and water supply/quality-related issues, and to discuss data requests in the socioeconomics, water and air quality areas.
