I. NOTICE RE STAFF'S REQUEST TO REOPEN THE RECORD

On November 19, 2003, Staff filed a supplemental analysis of reconductoring (Supplemental Analysis). Within Staff's summary is a request that the Committee reopen the evidentiary record to accept the Supplemental Analysis.

On December 23, 2003, the Committee, at the Conference on the Presiding Member's Proposed Decision, will rule on Staff's request. If the request is granted the Committee will also reopen the evidentiary record solely on the subject of Transmission System Engineering, for the limited purpose of receiving Staff's Supplemental Analysis into evidence.

Parties desiring to address the Committee concerning the request to reopen or to cross-examine Staff on its Supplemental Analysis must so inform the Hearing Officer no later than Thursday, December 18, 2003.
