NOTICE OF COMMISSION HEARING RE
PRESIDING MEMBER'S PROPOSED DECISION (PMPD)

I. BACKGROUND

On December 4, 2003, the Committee that is designated to conduct proceedings in the above-captioned matter issued its PMPD. On December 23, 2003, the Committee conducted a Conference on the PMPD. This matter will now proceed to the next scheduled Commission Business Meeting; therefore, the Committee hereby issues the following Notice of Commission Hearing.

II. NOTICE OF COMMISSION HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the California Energy Commission will conduct a public hearing (Cal. Code of Regs., tit. 20, ¤ 1754) on the PMPD at a regularly scheduled Energy Commission Business Meeting as follows:
