Purposes of Hearing:

 

The purposes of the Project Status Hearing are to review:

  1. the status of the proceeding,

  2. Objections to Data Requests & any pending motion to Compel Responses to Data Requests,

  3. the timeliness of Applicant data submissions, and

  4. the schedule for the remainder of the Application for Certification (AFC) proceeding.
