On September 12, 2000, Sunrise Power Company (Sunrise) submitted an Amended Application for a simple cycle peaking facility. Sunrise followed on September 18, 2000, with a Proposed Schedule (ATTACHMENT A BELOW) as a recommendation for processing the amended Application. Parities are invited to comment on the Sunrise Proposed Schedule in writing no later than September 29, 2000. Any comments should be sent to the Commission Docket Unit, MS-4, 1516 Ninth Street, Sacramento, CA 95814 and served on all parties.
