I. REVISION TO PROOF OF SERVICE

On March 26, 1999, George Van Ruiten, Jr., President of the Yuba-Sutter Farm Bureau (Farm Bureau) filed a request on behalf of the Farm Bureau, to withdraw that organization from the above-captioned proceeding. In addition, the Commission's Public Adviser, acting on behalf of Intervenor Russell Young, has conveyed Mr. Young's request to withdraw from the case. Accordingly, please note the appropriate revisions to the attached Proof of Service List (Revision date: 4/1/99). Brad Foster remains as an intervenor on his own behalf, no longer listed under the Yuba-Sutter Farm Bureau.

II. ATTACHMENT A

In addition, the COMMITTEE AMENDMENTS and ERRATA to Revised Presiding Member's Proposed Decision, filed on March 23, 1999, inadvertently omitted the last page entitled "ATTACHMENT A", AIR QUALITY Table 5. This table was included in the Committee Amendments and was adopted by the Commission as part of the Revised Presiding Member's Proposed Decision on March 17, 1999. (3/17/99 RT 146) Please attach APPENDIX A to your copy of the March 23, 1999, Committee Amendments.
