I. NOTICE OF EVIDENTIARY HEARINGS

This Notice is to inform you that Petitioner Brad Foster, an Intervenor in this proceeding, has filed a Petition for Reconsideration (Petition) pursuant to Title 20, California Code of Regulations, section 1720. In accordance with that section of the Commission's regulations, the Commission shall hold a hearing for the presentation of argument on the Petition at the regularly scheduled Commission Business Meeting as follows:
