NOTICE OF COMMISSION HEARING
ON PETITIONS FOR RECONSIDERATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Energy Commission will conduct a hearing on both Intervenor Robert Sarvey's and Intervenor CARE's Petitions for Reconsideration (including CARE's Errata) of the Decision certifying the Tesla Power Project at its regularly scheduled business meeting as follows:

Applicant and Staff shall file and serve reply briefs in response to the issues raised in the Intervenors petitions no later than 5 p.m., Thursday,
August 5, 2004. The reply briefs shall also be sent via e-mail to the parties and to the Hearing Officer. Other formal parties (San Joaquin Valley Unified APCD and CURE) may file briefs according to this schedule and participate at the hearing.
Members of the public may present comments at the hearing. For information on how to participate, contact the Energy Commission's Public Adviser,

Those who cannot attend the hearing in person may call 1-888-823-5065 after 10:01 a.m. on the day of the hearing. If callers wish to speak to the Energy Commission, they must inform the operator that they plan to comment on the Tesla item.
