After the file is downloaded, you can open the file through
Acrobat Reader. A 1.0 MB file takes about 2.5 minutes to
download on a 56 kbps modem. If you still are having
problems with a document, you can request a printed copy or
a copy on CD-ROM by calling 916-654-5100. Please have ready
the power plant name and the exact title of the document you
want.
