The Committee assigned to the above-captioned matter released its Presiding Member's Proposed Decision (PMPD) on Valero's Cogeneration Project on August 30, 2001. The Proposed Decision recommends granting the Application for Certification with conditions that mitigate potential environmental and community impacts.
