The Committee assigned to the above-captioned matter released its Presiding Member's Proposed Decision (PMPD) on the Walnut Creek Energy Park (WCEP). The Proposed Decision recommends granting the Application for Certification with conditions that mitigate potential environmental and community impacts.

The parties, public, and interested agencies are encouraged to make comments on the PMPD.
