The purpose of the Commission hearing is to consider whether the Energy Commission should adopt the Presiding Member's Proposed Decision (PMPD), and the Committee-sponsored Revisions and Errata to the Presiding Member's Proposed Decision. The Committee recommends approval of the Walnut Creek Energy Park project.
