Please note: Background files and documents for withdrawn projects were removed from the website about one to two months after the project had withdrawn. Withdrawn projects do not include projects that are postponed, suspended or on hold. "Withdrawn" projects have formally asked that their application or license be ended. Copies of AFCs for these projects may be available through the Commission's project managers. However, some of the older applications did not require electronic AFCs.
