The Final Commission Report, Feasibility of a Strategic Fuel Reserve in California, (publication # 600-03-013CR) is now available. This report was adopted at the Energy Commission's regularly scheduled business meeting on July 23, 2003.

Assembly Bill 2076 directed the Energy Commission to conduct a study to examine the feasibility of operating a strategic fuel reserve to respond to increasing price volatility in the petroleum products market in California. This report fulfills that aspect of the Legislation.
