Addendum to Joint Appendix 4
Approved Alternative Construction Assemblies
If a construction assembly is not adequately represented in Title 24's Joint Appendix 4, a request may be made to the Energy Commission's Executive Director for approval of different performance information to represent that particular construction assembly or to include additional data to existing tables. The Executive Director will base the decision on the on the technical justification submitted. Approved performance data for the construction assembly will be published as an addendum to Joint Appendix 4 for use in all compliance approaches.
The following list is to be used as an addendum to Joint Appendix 4. Information sheets can be downloaded to be used as part of submittal packages for building permit compliance applications.
